Yoga Pose Challenge
Uttanasana
1. Stand up straight with your feet together.
2. Take a deep breath and bend forward, exhaling as you do so.
3. Keeping your knees straight, place your palms to the floor in front of you. Do you feel it in your hamstrings? Good. Inhale deep and slowly and exhale slowly.
4. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
5. Inhale and slowly come up.
This pose looks and seems extremely simple, but it will challenge your flexibility and endurance. If you do this every day, I guarantee that you will see improvement in your yoga flexibility. You can do it!
